  • Barney Ford House Museum Lawn

Adjacent to the 1882 Barney Ford House Museum, mature evergreens and cottonwoods on the museum lawn provide a unique and inviting setting in downtown Breckenridge. The lawn can accommodate up to 125 people seated. Upon request, museum tours are available during your event. The lawn is available for events from mid-June through the end of September. The Breckenridge Heritage Alliance does not provide tent and table rental.

  • Lomax Placer Mine Site

The Lomax Placer Mine Site is a rustic and enchanting setting for all types of gatherings. The site is surrounded by rustic cabins, with a mountain backdrop. Mine tours can be included in your rental. The site can accommodate up to 75 people.

  • Briggle House and Milne Park, 104 N. Harris St.

The charming 1896 Briggle House is available for small gatherings (up to 30 people seated or 60 people for a standing reception). The interior decor and furnishings portray the Western Victorian Period. In addition to the Briggle House interior, guests may gather in the adjacent Milne Park (weather permitting, summer and fall only). Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

  • Edwin Carter Museum

The newly renovated Edwin Carter Museum is a unique location for all types of gatherings. Guests may tour the museum, watch a video and try out one of four computer interactive stations. The Carter Museum lawn may also be used during events (weather permitting) and the lawn may be tented. Tent and chair rental is not available through the Breckenridge Heritage Alliance.
