STUDENT PROGRAM

The Breckenridge Heritage Alliance strives to increase awareness of Colorado’s rich heritage and culture by providing fun, educational tours and hands-on activities for student groups. Opportunities include: taking a historic walking tour of downtown Breckenridge; learning about the Ute Indians, trappers and miners at the Lomax Placer Mine; searching for Breckenridge’s past on a historic scavenger hunt; learning what it means to “take a stand” at the Barney Ford House Museum; and much more. Programs and tours can be tailored to school groups between grades K-12. Contact Beth Johnson at 970-453-4493 to schedule a student group tour or activity.
