We offer guided walking tours, hikes, and snowshoe adventures as well as mine tours and Victorian teas. There's something for everyone - families, couples, explorers, and those just strolling through town while the rest of their group is on the slopes. All prices are for adults (ages 13+) and children (ages 4-12). Small children under 4 are always free.

WASHINGTON MINE TOUR & MILLING EXHIBIT

Plans are underway to create a new guest experience at the Washington Gold and Silver Mine, including a one-of-a-kind exhibit featuring all the major pieces of equipment used to process ore from underground mines. 

Please note: The mine and mill exhibit are currently inaccessible due to winter conditions.

HIKE THROUGH GOLD MINE HISTORY

This hike tells the story of hydraulic mining -- how gold was extracted from the surrounding hills using high-pressure water hoses.

Explore the Golden Horseshoe, one of Colorado's most fertile mining regions and home to dozens of early mining operations.
